The owners love the outstanding views offered from the top floor of their penthouse apartment. Sitting on the couch, taking in the harbour activities and stunning sea breeze. It also offers incredible views for the New Years Eve fireworks! They love the walking distance location to cafes and restaurants, coastal walks, golf, harbour ferries, transport and Bondi Beach.
This penthouse apartment features a breezy, coastal aesthetic, with open living and outdoor balcony, 3 bedrooms plus study and four bathrooms. With the recent addition of new wood flooring and a new kitchen, paired with eclectic and homely furnishings, it offers character and appeal.
