Woollahra Luxe is one of the more beautiful modern homes we’ve ever seen. Its elegant architecture references Japan, Rome and the modern greats. With high ceilings and glass everywhere, light pours into the open plan living and dining area without ever becoming overwhelming. And the interior design is opulent: contrasting shades of marble, leather lounges, original art and dark timber combine to create a sense of modern grandeur.

What the first-time visitor loves

When it comes to staying in Sydney, Woollahra is very difficult to beat. It’s perfectly placed, so that both the beach and the city are only 10 minutes drive away. But it’s also a beautiful neighbourhood in its own right. Leafy streets and grand houses stand in rows, while cafes, providores and specialist shops attract well-heeled visitors from around the city.
