Specific festivals like The Festival of The Winds in Bondi in September and Sculptures by The Sea in November mean this home offers you a ringside seat. You can walk to all three beaches of Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte where a plethora of cafes, restaurants and shops are open from dawn until dusk and later.
