What the Owners Love

The owners love the period and contemporary features of this beautiful home, and particularly the recent refurbishments. They also love the location with Woollahra, Edgecliff Road and Bondi Junction shops so handy, as well as beautiful Centennial Park.

This period Victorian home has many original features with high ceilings, stained glass, wood bannisters, and ornate fireplaces. A recent refurbishment has seen the addition of new oak floors, a contemporary kitchen, and elegant bathroom transformations, creating a French – Hamptons feel throughout.

The kitchen is smart and classic with a Carrara marble stone bench top, black cupboards and feature white brick tiles. A great 900 wide standalone oven and large French door stainless steel fridge provide all the modern appliances. Large bi-fold doors open out from here to the BBQ and landscaped garden.

The living offers quiet and comfort, as well as a jet master fireplace, and adjoining is formal dining with impressive feature large round wood dining table and ornate mirror. The classic soft grey palette used throughout, paired with crisp white ceilings and trims, creates a calm ambience.

The home is located in a leafy street, an easy walk to Queen St-Woollahra, Double Bay, Centennial Park or Bondi Junction. Sonoma Caf and the local Edgecliff Rd shops are just down the road. Trains and buses are easily accessible from Bondi Junction, and if you have your own car double garaging and a carport make it all very easy.
