“...in Bondi. The location is walkable to Bondi beach and all the local shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself is much bigger than the photos depict and the design is beautiful. Do be aware there is no air-con in this apartment which is noted under amenities but which we had overlooked. This was a surprise to use given our visit in the heat of Australian summer, but the overhead bathroom fan and portable fan were helpful. We had to cut short our stay by 1 day, which the host was flexible with. It was nice that they sent a cleaning crew halfway through our stay. The only negatives were that both sets of keys provided did not work on the front door which we had to get replaced. Also the power was out one night which resulted in a construction crew jackhammering the driveway which lasted until 4am. We were forced to open the windows given the fans weren't working and did not sleep. Unfortunately no discount was given for the disruption. Overall would revisit”

Huge balcony/terrace with sunrise views, and the air conditioning is powerful which is great during the humid summer days. Communication with the host was easy and the caretaker Angela was very welcoming. The building also has a gym and a tiny pool that faces the other side of the building towards the Opera House and the bridge so the views are also quite something. The area is buzzing with restaurants, cafes, gyms, supermarkets, there's a train station nearby and a bus stop right in front of the building. I much prefer staying there than in the CBD. Looking forward to returning!”

This is a truly incredible property where the owners have left nothing to chance and used an exceptional eye to detail from the aesthetic to the way the property flows and how large groups would enjoy the spaces. Large family gatherings, weddings, reunions would all be perfect here. We have only missed about 4 years doing an agency retreat (out of 25) and I think this is probably my favourite property of them all! ”

The kids and family loved the kangaroos, wombats and bird life as well as the basketball hoop and trampoline. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

There is a post agreement to booking with more details on email, and a charge of a bond fee similar to a hotel booking which we didn’t expect but didn’t mind (something to expect upon booking). Excess rubbish removal is at a charge, unless you take care of them on yourself, as there are no bins provided by the council to the area. It’s not a big problem unless you plan to cook your own meals during your stay as we did as there is very little options to take out/eat in around the area. All in all, the place was unique and enjoyable for our special family occasion.”

“...location was perfectly located 10-15 mins from all the main attractions including Bondi Beach, Sydney Harbor and the central business district. The apartment was super quiet with a gorgeous balcony with beautiful birds to wake-up to. The apt has all the modern amenities, streaming services and excellent wifi that one would need. Parking was ample. Angela the caretaker was super helpful and I had the pleasure to meet the owner at check-out. If you have the chance to book this flat, I totally recommend it!!”

If you do not, maybe do some research beforehand. Now, aside from where it was, I have to say the apartment was lovely. I hesitated before booking it because it didn't have many reviews and I didn't love the pictures, however I feel like the photos don't do it justice. The place, while it is old, has been completely refurbished and it really is lovely. The furniture is very high end, the kitchen is well equipped, and overall everything was up to my standards (which tend to be high!).”

Question is the nighttime - unstoppable insects and bugs, lack of ventilation , lack of privacy cuz the bathroom and bedroom are shared. And lights - the whole house needs more lights - kitchen is so dark , one light bulb missing and the other keeps blinking; bathroom too dark to see details . Anyway, a short stay for views is great!”
