We were really impressed with how well maintained the gardens and grounds were, and how clean the house was. The house had such a large living space which comfortably accommodated all guests. The games room was an extra bonus and we had a lot of fun playing pool, ping pong and darts. We loved that we could bring our dog to the property too. We will definitely be back!”

“...escape to the country, a few minutes out of the gorgeous village of Berry. We woke up to chooks, birds & the cows each morning and some of the most beautiful sunrises we’ve seen. Our kids would collect the eggs each morning from the chooks which they loved. The house and property were perfectly prepared - the kitchen was incredibly well equipped for cooking and the house really felt like a home. We could not have asked for more - thank you for all the special touches, we noticed them all! Beautifully furnished & perfectly presented. We will be back!!”

You definitely won't want to leave once you arrive, although if you do Berry is only 5 mins away which made it easy for morning Bakery runs. Nothing beats putting on a fire in the back yard with a few afternoon drinks and watching the sunset then hitting the lounges for a movie night. Seven Mile Beach is just 10 minutes down the road. Nearby Berry township offers great pub food, gourmet cafes, specialty restaurants and boutique arts and crafts. A perfect weekend destination.”

Spit roast lamb/pig long weekends, brasier campfires & cooking, slow cooked/BBQ meats with a lovely back deck for entertaining friends & family; or grab a cold beer & counter meal from the pub at Berry, a unique town filled with character and lovely shops, the donuts are a must! The house is freshly renovated with no expense spared - open plan living with A/C, indoor fire place/outdoor heating, gorgeous kitchen for cooking, amazingly comfortable beds/pillows/linens, lovely gardens manicured grass/citrus trees/chickens & plenty of cows/horses in the surrounding paddocks. Can’t recommend this hidden gem enough!”

Most of the time was spent reading in the hammock, collecting eggs from the friendly chickens and the odd trip into Berry or to the beach. Cleaning was spot on, Aesop bath products a lovely touch too and everything worked perfectly well. Will be back!”
