There is a house that has commenced a new build 2 doors down and is experiencing renovations near Goldeneye starting July 2020 till November 2020. This may or may not be disturbing to clients hence we want to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to proceed. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesn’t affect the property’s amazing reviews.

The beachside suburb of Tamarama is sometimes labelled “Glamarama” because of its stylish residents and luxurious seaside homes. But this incredible property takes the glamour to a whole new level. Inspired by Goldeneye, the estate in Jamaica where Ian Fleming wrote the original James Bond novels and entertained everyone from royals to Hollywood stars, it is effortlessly tasteful, comfortable and relaxed.

From the custom cabinetry to the stunning outdoor living setting, and from the cozy fireplace nook to the light-filled sunroom, this home is elegant yet welcoming. Perhaps the best thing about it is the way its seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor living, with covered spaces flowing out into the open air, and sea breezes filling every room.

Don’t be fooled by the signature antique pieces and heritage touches, though. This is a seriously modern home, with top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances.
