This special freestanding house with an enormous swimming pool is on the coveted sunny side of Sydney’s sensational harbour and is nestled in lush tropical gardens which attracts an abundance of exotic birdlife, including Lorikeets, Cockatoos and Kookaburras.

You feel like you are on a private island yet you are within walking distance to Sydney’s top restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches and CBD. Transport is easy, taxi’s, buses and trains are also nearby. Mona Vista has two levels of chic interiors, combining the traditional and the contemporary and both blend beautifully to achieve an aspirational style experience which flows easily. There are 4 bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms), two kitchens, two powder rooms, laundry and several large living areas, both formal and casual. The formal lounge and dining have a European edge, where the casual cabana blends with a Polynesian theme.

Facilities and features include Wi-Fi. There is an abundance of outdoor lounging areas with daybeds, fans and dining areas for guests comfort. Another highlight of this property is the indoor/outdoor appeal with large sliding windows opening to huge decks, the bottom level deck opens to the spectacular 15m swimming pool and spa with an infinity edge that seems to float over the to the harbour – the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge as a centerpiece. The Master Bedroom is air-conditioned along with the upstairs living room/TV room.

The lower 2x bedrooms do not have air conditioning though the living room downstairs has air-conditioning, they do have ceiling fans.
