Moroccan Villa is a private and stunning freestanding Dover Heights home overlooking Sydney Harbour combining indoor with outdoor and boasting a beautiful collection of artifacts hand picked from world travels.
A consistent theme of wood, marble and whitewashed walls continues throughout this truly luxurious home creating a space that pays homage to Morocco and Africa from where many of the individual pieces stem. There are 3x double bedrooms on the upper level including the master with balcony, ensuite and custom designed dressing room and an additional bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

The lower level has very generous and casual living spaces that overlook the pool and sun drenched garden from a slightly lower perspective contributing to the feeling of being somewhere exotic and far away from Sydney. There are two fireplaces and two lounge areas one with a large TV with Foxtel. The living areas are neighboured by the large open plan kitchen with top of the range appliances to entice preparation of any number of international flavours. The indoor dining area seats 12 in a more private style room and the outdoor dining area is perfect for balmy nights.
