Jessica Kirkpatrick

After Luxe Houses was acquired by Contemporary Hotels in 2016, Jessica relocated to Byron Bay to raise her young family. In 2023 Jessica has made a return to the luxury holiday rental industry and has been tasked with leading and growing the Byron Bay luxe accommodation offering as the Head of Byron Bay.

Prior to founding Luxe Houses in October 2011 and becoming a fully licensed real estate agent, Jessica worked as a financial advisor at Citigroup and as a wealth management adviser at UBS. Jessica has a degree in Economics at Sydney University.

Seeking a career change years later and always having been inspired by travel, beautiful houses, design and architecture Jessica dreamt of building a business in luxury travel or property. She created both. The catalyst was an awareness of how often her banking clients and colleagues travelled overseas, leaving their multi-million-dollar homes vacant and unproductive. Jessica has been featured in many major publications including The Australian and The Financial Review, all reporting on her entrepreneurial spirit and success.

Her many career achievements have placed Jessica in a brilliant stead to build and continue to grow Australia’s luxury accommodation and luxury holiday house industry.

With impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills, Jessica can see a unique way to mitigate risks and think outside the square.  In her spare time, Jessica can be found with her 2 children in Byron bay riding their riding horses or motorbikes on their farm or kicking around at the beach.
