The private master retreat occupies the upper level and is accessed via its own staircase, offering elevated ocean views and complete privacy. Downstairs, the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area flows seamlessly through expansive glass doors onto the outdoor entertaining spaces, lawn and direct beach access. Two additional bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor alongside the shared bathroom, with each bedroom enjoying access to its own private deck.

-The section of Tallows Beach directly in front of the property is not designated as an off-leash dog area. The nearest dog-friendly section is approximately a one-minute drive along the beach.
-The property adjoins a nature reserve that is home to wallabies and native wildlife.
-The yard is unfenced, and guests travelling with pets should supervise them at all times.
