After you wind your way down the private driveway to the double garage and parking area for another 6x cars you are surrounded by greenery and greeted by the homes original stone work from 1927. The Stonehouse was lovingly restored by BKH in 2000 and the new owner has recently added beautiful and sympathetic modern conveniences including heated floors on the lower level, a new kitchen and has manicured the already superb surrounds.
The entry level with kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool is neighboured by a beautiful room with open fireplace. The master bedroom with en-suite which on look the Japanese pond and grassy courtyard is also on this level with an additional bedroom and bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the lower level with one completely separate but close to the house. These 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom.
The swimming pool with surrounding deck overlooking the incredible view is bathed in sun all day long and when the sun goes around the corner you can venture to one of the two courtyards to enjoy the afternoon sun with a chilled glass of something special.
A stay in this beautiful and historic Northern Beaches home will see you not want to leave and allow you to create your own special memories and become a part of the houses history. Although extremely private, if the walls could talk they would tell tales of a by gone era and perhaps just a few that should remain secret.
