At Jeon-gané Brewery-
The owner has won a lot of awards for making magulli and is a TV celebrity. He quit the office work to set up the Magulli business to follow his passion and due to his very traditional way of brewing, his capacity is very small. He uses 100% Korean ingredient with zero preservatives so his magulli is expensive but pure. He also manufactures for wholesale – if you want to export to your home country!

10am: Bidulginang Water Fall
Bidulginang Water Falls is a Natural Monument No. 537, located just 12km from Elysium K and in Hantangang River Geopark.  It’s mystery and beauty are enough to be highlighted as shooting sights of numerous dramas and movies in Korea. You can also cross the  Hantangan Sky Bridge to experience the sight of this beautiful cascade.

Pocheon Art Valley Tour or Pocheon Herb Island Tour
Pocheon Art Valley: Astronomical Science Museum where you can touch, experience, and study grange and interesting exhibits
Herb Island: One of the largest herb gardens in Korea and has the outdoor garden, Herb healing Center, and cafes and restaurants. It hosts events like Lavender Festival and the Light Festival.
Dinner at Elysium K: Groceries shopping at a local farm-to-market supermarket and wood-fired Korean BBQ with Maggeoli at Elysium K. (Total cost approximately AUD 50 per person)
Day 3 Maggeoli Tour
All day Maggeoli Tasting
- Idong Maggeoli : Brewing facility tour. It’s special in that their Maggeoli is made from the famous Baekwoon Valley spring water.
- Pocheon Ildong Maggeoli (Established in 1932 and running via 4th generation) The 4th generation running Maggeoli brewery has a brand name ‘Dameun’ and the family says Pocheon water and the 90-year family’s secret recipe are the reasons for its successful taste.
- Sansawon Slow Maeul
This is a Maggeoli museum with various Maggeoli tasting which you can purchase for home. The museum boasts a large scale Maggeoli storing potteries in a beautiful Korean garden.

Dinner at Elysium K: Groceries shopping at a local farm-to-market  supermarket and wood-fired Korean BBQ with Maggeoli at Elysium K.
Day 4 PRIVATE DINING at Elysium K

(Cost: 7000 AUD in total for a 4-5 course with Korean traditional wine pairing. This is a fixed price for up to 8 people).
Private Dining (lunch or dinner) with renown Australian Chef, Joseph at Evett Restaurant Seoul (Michelin 1 Star) and his team right in the villa with the magnificent view (Baesan Imsoo: a view of a lake on the front and mountain surroundings) with the team of 3 chefs and 1 sommelier.

About Restaurant Evett and Chef Joseph Lidgerwood:
EVETT is a fine-dining restaurant in Seoul, founded by Chef Joseph Lidgerwood who was born in Australia. Jospeh has worked in prominent restaurants around the world such as The French laundry in Napa, the Ledbury and Tom Aikens in London. He was recognized with the Michelin Young Chef Awards in 2021 and EVETT has obtained Michelin 1 Star since 2020.
His culinary experience is very special in that he curates his tasting menu from a very traditional Korean ingredients procured from all parts of S. Korea and interprets it in a most creative new way. His culinary experience pairs well with the philosophy of Elysium K.
