“...the property, which flooded during heavy rain, and the several flights of stairs leading to the entrance, the apartment itself was very good. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows and bed linen. The shower pressure was excellent, but not the easiest I imagine for an older person to get in and out of - just to note. The cooking facilities were great, with helpful basics like oil, vinegar, and salt included. The location was fantastic, and Bela from Contemporary Hotels was a delight to deal with.”

“...returned to this Bondi apartment for a second time this year says it all. Have stayed in many Airbnb's in Sydney and this is our favorite. Beautifully designed - comfortable bed and spacious living area. Very nice kitchen and just 2 blocks from the world famous Bondi beach. The 2 parking spaces are highly coveted in the busy Bondi area. The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup and does not have A/C which was not an issue for the seasonal weather. Very happy with our host Contemporary Hotel and had a wonderful stay!”

“...in Bondi. The location is walkable to Bondi beach and all the local shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself is much bigger than the photos depict and the design is beautiful. Do be aware there is no air-con in this apartment which is noted under amenities but which we had overlooked. This was a surprise to use given our visit in the heat of Australian summer, but the overhead bathroom fan and portable fan were helpful. We had to cut short our stay by 1 day, which the host was flexible with. It was nice that they sent a cleaning crew halfway through our stay. The only negatives were that both sets of keys provided did not work on the front door which we had to get replaced. Also the power was out one night which resulted in a construction crew jackhammering the driveway which lasted until 4am. We were forced to open the windows given the fans weren't working and did not sleep. Unfortunately no discount was given for the disruption. Overall would revisit”

“...in Bondi!!! It was our BEST AIRBNB we have stayed at!!! It was completely updated, furnished beautifully, immaculate and kitchen was well stocked for our Christmas dinner! The Host, Isabela was friendly, informative and a great communicator! We will definitely be back!”
