Perched high atop Ben Buckler Head at the North End of Bondi, this gorgeous apartment must be seen to be believed. Occupying the top floors of a beautiful Art Deco block, it has incredible views of Bondi, the Pacific Ocean and the entire Eastern Suburbs sweeping away to the south.

We are really burying the lead, because the top floor terrace is the main attraction here. An entire Bondi rooftop with panoramic views, all to yourself. This isn’t bare concrete in the sun. We’re talking about an outdoor space designed to be enjoyed, with a full outdoor kitchen, barbecue, a pizza oven, a sauna, remotely controlled sunshades and an enormous deck area with outdoor living and dining settings. If you can’t have fun here, you can’t have fun anywhere.

The indoor living area below – access is via a light filled staircase – isn’t too shabby either. The sun pours in the through the windows, illuminating a beautifully designed space that pays tribute to classic seaside styling, accented by contemporary pieces. Wainscotting, timber floors and plantation shutters complement the rustic dining table and Danish style chairs.

The three bedrooms mean that families and friends can be accommodated without a problem: each features built-in wardrobes, and the spacious master bedroom gives onto a large marble-floored en-suite.

To make it even more convenient, there are two private lock-up car spaces, so you will never have to deal with the usual Bondi parking struggle.

“Entertainer’s Delight” is a cliché, but maybe for a good reason. Bondi View is the perfect place to host a dinner or drinks – guests will surely be wowed by the incredible vista, not to mention whatever you whip up in the outdoor kitchen.
