What the owners love
The location. Located in between Coogee and Clovelly beach it’s only a short stroll in either direction. Clovelly is a family-friendly beach where snorkelling and jumping off the rocks is a popular activity, if a gentle wave and sand is more your thing then Coogee might be your choice. Enjoy the laid back atmosphere at one of Coogee and Clovelly’s many trendy cafes, pubs or restaurants. If you want to explore the surrounding suburbs, you’re so close to the scenic coastal walk.

What we love
The decor throughout gives the overwhelming sense of a warmth and luxury. It takes us back to the days when decorating was all about creating atmosphere.
With a take on Hampton’s style, this beautiful home still has a feeling of spaciousness and refinement with plenty of dedicated spaces to either come together as a group or have alone time to simply read a book and collect your thoughts. Enjoy views and the ocean breeze with a glass of your favourite wine on the front balcony. There really is something for everyone.

What the family loves
This is a wonderful family home. There are so many areas of the home that can be enjoyed together. It is the perfect home for a family with kids and absolutely ideal if the grandparents were to join the family on holiday on holiday as there are two bedrooms with their own en-suites. The home has a relaxed fee without any compromise on quality and elegance. Every detail has been meticulously thought with the end result offering that home away from home experience.
