We love the location! The views are spectacular and the modern two-bedroom apartment really offers comfort and convenience. We also like the double lock up garage making it a really easy Bondi stay.
What the owners love
The owners love the position and claim it as one of the best in Bondi. The apartment is only 30m to the water, right on the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk, and an easy stroll to nearby restaurants and cafes. They renovated with modern Miele appliances throughout and air-conditioning in each main room. The rooftop terrace is fun for entertaining and soaking up the views.
This modern apartment is understated and minimalist in its aesthetic. The living features wooden floorboards with comfortable, sleek furnishings, and stylish wall hung TV. Tall stacking glass sliders to the balcony really enhance the relaxing experience by bringing the outdoors in. They also lead to a great outdoor entertaining setting on the balcony. The perfect place to lunch or dine and take it all in.
The kitchen is separate from the living, and finished with a sleek marble bench top and European Miele appliances. The u-shape offers great bench space and the ocean is cleverly reflected on a large wall mirror. A separate dining alcove with banquette seating offers dining for 6, around a Scandinavian oak table setting.
A generous queen master bedroom offers outstanding views of the beach and here glass sliders also lead to the balcony. Glass balustrades on the balcony allow you to lie in bed and take it all in. Wake up in the morning to the awe-inspiring view, or go to sleep at night watching the lights. The bedroom offers an adjoining en-suite with modern feature tiles, and twin basins.
A separate study has a double pull out sofa bed making it an easy 2-bedroom apartment. A second bathroom with bath is situated beside the study and kitchen, and a hallway laundry cupboard houses a modern Miele washing machine and dryer.

There is an apartment next to Notts in the building complex experiencing renovations starting Feb, 2020 till September 2020. This may or may not be disturbing to guests hence we wanted to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to take that gamble. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesn’t affect the properties amazing reviews. As we’re trying to be honest.
