“...the most beautiful and loveliest airbnbs we have stayed at. It had everything we needed with our own private beach access as well as a pool! It exceeded our expectations, and we will gladly come back to stay here again and recommend to anyone (family friendly as well). Our host Guy was super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our check in/out requests as well! We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave at all.”

“...house in a fantastic location. Right on Oak Beach, which is a private beach for the few properties that back on to it. Fantastic for a run, walk or sit and watch the sun rise over the water. You can walk the full 1km beach at low tide. Everything needed was in the house - toiletries, beach towels, coffee maker (pod), stocked pantry etc. 15 minutes drive to Port Douglas. The house itself is typical Qld - so be warned that it has aircon in the sleeping areas, but not the living areas - and in April that can mean very humid conditions! Pool is an awesome addition, and kept the three kids entertained. It was critical too, as it was not possible to ocean swim due to crocs and stinger season which limited the value of a beachfront house for us with kids - so worth checking. Hammock has also disappeared, which was a shame - should consider replacing that as the photo looked great! All up, fantastic - we just picked wrong season for ocean swimming. No construction noise!"”

“...for such a wonderful holiday home! We had the best time there, the house was spacious and had a great layout. The beach is so beautiful especially for morning walks and for the kids to collect shells and rocks. Guy was great with being flexible and easy to communicate with. You need to have a car to get around but it’s easy to get to Port Douglas and Palm Cove etc and we did day trips to Cairns and explored the waterfalls. Such a magical part of the world :)”
