“...been together with our family for over 5 years. This was the perfect house for a family reunion. I especially loved the full kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. If we weren't enjoying the beautiful beach, which was a perfect setting for an impromptu family photo session- we were in the pool/jacuzzi. There was some construction going on next door that started rather early, around 7am, but it didn't dampen our fun. ”

The home is amazingly kept and a short minute stroll down to the beach with an amazing pool if you don't feel like going anywhere. A five minutes drive in to Byron Bay and right at the doorstep of the light house walk, it is amazingly relaxing and tranquil location for a family holiday. Already looking forward to our next stay. ”

Love to cook and was impressed with the Miele appliances. We finished our night with a fire and a good bottle of red. Our experience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. “...at this beautiful Wategos house with 4 adults and 2 children. We had a fantastic stay and spent a lot of time enjoying the house. Wategos beach is awesome and an easy 5 minute walk from the house. Ray's for lunch was also fantastic and an easy walk. Although do-able, the walk to town was too far for us with the kids but we were able to easily get taxis with minimal wait. Even through the beach is so close it was great to have a pool as well! ”
